Work Plan and Budget as well as additional efforts that serve to help implement the diverse programs, activities, and projects necessary for achieving NHA purposes as described in the objectives of the agreement. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
